How Do I Get My Hands on Home Ice Cream?
If your address is located in any of our vending areas, you can buy Home Ice Cream direct from your local driver when he stops by your street, or place an order online to be delivered Direct to your Door or via Cool Cube Delivery, every fortnight.
*Eftpos is available on most vans.
To see if Home Ice Cream is available in your area you can check your address for delivery, then simply create an account, and start shopping!
You can also find your local driver and give them a call, or call our National Office and we can tell you if we vend to your area, and when we will be in your street.
Ice Cream... But Online!
Home Ice Cream supports online ordering across our vended territories. We provide a street vending service, which means our vans have specific routes and areas that they are able to vend and deliver to each fortnight. We are always looking to expand into new areas, and looking for new Franchisees & Distributors, as well as Company Drivers to do the job!
If you'll be home when your driver comes around, you can place your order online for "Direct to Door" delivery and the driver will hand deliver your ice cream right to the front door! But make sure you're home if you've selected this option - the driver can only complete a Direct to Door delivery if you are there to collect your yummy treats!
If you want to enjoy Home Ice Cream but won't be home for delivery, you can order online using our revolutionary Cool Cube system, which keeps your ice cream frozen while you're out & about!
Simply place your order online and it will be delivered between 10am and 8pm, when your driver is out on their route. Specifically designed by Home Ice Cream, your Cool Cube & our unique "deep chill" bricks will keep your ice cream frozen for up to 12 hours, so there's no need to be home when the van comes around your street.
You will need to create an account to place an online order, but you can start browsing our range at any time.

If you've checked your address and we don't deliver in your area, let us know! Send an email to hello@homeicecream.com and tell us which suburb and postcode is missing out, so we can work on delivering Australia's Favourite Ice Cream to you.
